– Are you looking for some high-tech, smart home shopping ideas
for this Christmas season? Well, today I'm gonna
go over my top 10 picks, so stay tuned.
(upbeat music) Hey, everyone. Welcome back to another video. So today we're going
over some of my favorite smart home devices to
pick up for either you or a loved one this holiday season. We went over my 10 favorites, but before we get started, don't forget to subscribe and
hit that notification bell so you don't miss out on
future videos like this one. With that said, let's get started. Okay. So starting out with number one is one of my favorite items that I had discovered this year in 2020, and that is going to
be the Google Nest Hub. Now, I picked this item
up earlier this year, and it totally blew me away.
It does so many things, from controlling your home, to being a smart digital picture frame. You can look up recipes,
set timers, watch videos. It does absolutely everything. In fact, I did a video on my channel
that we'll link up above. It's kind of long. It's a longer video, but it covers absolutely everything that you can do with this device. So I do recommend picking
one of these up this year. Next we have on the list is going to be the brand new Wyze Cam version 3. So this is actually still
in pre-order right now. I do have one that I'm testing out, and I have to say it is pretty amazing. You can pre-order this thing. This is only $20 on the Wyze website. And that is the Wyze Cam version 3.
Next up we have the SwitchBot. So if you've got a dumb device that just cannot be automated because it takes a button to either push, or pull back, or whatever
you need it to do, this is going to be a device
you're gonna wanna check out. So this is a small little
device that has a lever on it that can obviously push buttons. So if you've got something like a fan, a coffee maker, a light switch, this is gonna be able to
push that button for you. And the best thing about this one is that it integrates into Alexa, Google, IFTTT, Apple's home kit. So it's got a lot of potential for integrating into your smart home. Next up we have on the
list is Smart Plugs. You can never go wrong with Smart Plugs. If you have a lamp that you love and you don't wanna get
rid of it for a smart one, and you don't wanna put
a smart light bulb in it, you can always get a Smart Plug.
Smart Plugs can be used
not only for lighting, but for fans, or coffee
makers, or anything like that. So a Smart Plug is definitely a good option to have in your smart home. This one here is the Wemo Mini. I like the mini ones because
you could put two per socket, so you could fit two of them on there, so that is really nice. And this one works in the Amazon, Google, and Apple environments. All right, next up we've
got streaming devices. This is the Roku Streaming Stick Plus. It's compatible with HD,
4K, and HDR Streaming, and you can get absolutely everything that you want into this package here.
I know Craig has done a ton of reviews on this product right here. We will link to some of those above for you guys to check out and find out some hidden gems that you can get out of
this device right here. But one of the best Streaming Sticks that we have found out there, other than maybe the Google
Chromecast with Google TV. All right, next up I have on the list is going to be the
Sonos One Smart Speaker. So this one does have Alexa built into it, but it is an absolutely
fantastic sounding speaker. It is a little pricey, but it is going to be the best sounding Alexa smart home speaker
you're gonna find out there. All right, next up we have got to the
Reolink Argus 3 Camera. So this has to be one of my
favorite budget security cameras that we've come across this year.
The picture is absolutely amazing. I love the look of it. I love that it has a builtin spotlight. There are no monthly fees. It is very affordable. So I would definitely recommend
checking one of these out if you guys are looking into
a security camera system for around your house. All right, so next up we've got the
eufy video wireless doorbell. Now, this is the 2K version. This is a fantastic video doorbell.
I love it because there
are no subscription fees. It saves all of its data locally to that base station that's in your house. And that base station
also doubles as a chime. So when somebody pushes the doorbell, it's going to chime on this base. This base can also be used
for any of the eufy cameras. So if you're looking into
getting a good system, check out the eufy products. All right, the next thing that
we have is a robot vacuum. And what I love about
this vacuum right here is it's got Lidar Navigation.
So a couple of things with
this vacuum right here is that you can do
multi-levels with this thing. It's got memory for up
to four different levels. What it does is it uses that Lidar Navigation to detect the rooms, and then it knows what level it is on. So that is cool that you can move it around to different floors if you've got multiple floors. We've also got no-go areas. So if you wanna set up an
area for this thing not to go, you can do that. Another thing right here that
I thought was really cool is that you can set up different schedules for different rooms. So if we see in the example here, you can set up the
living room for 9:00 AM. You can set it to kitchen for 8:00 AM, and just go through and set it up for as much detail as you want. So this is a good buy right here, and it's coming in at a good price with a fantastic rebate right now. So if we take a look, not only are you gonna save
14% off the initial price, but if you look right now, it's got a coupon right below it.
You can save an additional
$110 on this thing. So I would recommend picking this thing up before that coupon goes away. Fantastic deal right there. And then last but not least, how can we go through
all of these Amazon deals and not mention the all-new
Echo Dot Gen 4 with clock? So this item right here
is just a great product. This one's gonna have a
better speaker than the Gen 3, and comes with a clock built into it. Well, those are my top 10 picks for 2020. Let me know in the comments below which one is your favorite. If you guys wanna know
